Products. All products offered by Lilo Studio are handcrafted and/or hand-embroidered. Due to the manual nature of the process, slight variations may exist between the photographs shown and the final product. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Customized Products. Some items may be made to order or customized. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all information provided before confirming the order, including names, text, colors, measurements, or custom details. Once the production process has begun, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Prices. All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€). Lilo Studio reserves the right to modify prices, products, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Purchasing Process. Orders may be placed via the online store, contact form, email, or the brand's official social media channels. Order confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance by Lilo Studio.

Payments. Payments must be made using the platforms enabled on the website. Lilo Studio does not store banking details or full payment card information.

Shipping. Preparation and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, special campaigns, or customized products. Lilo Studio is not liable for delays, issues, or losses caused by shipping companies once the order has been handed over to the courier service. In the event of a shipping issue, the customer may contact the relevant carrier to track and manage the order. However, Lilo Studio will endeavor to assist as much as possible in resolving any shipping-related problems.

Intellectual property. All content on this website—including photographs, designs, embroidery, illustrations, text, and logos—belongs to Lilo Studio. Reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
